Biography
I am the principal of the Law Offices of Yale Pollack, P.C., a law firm dedicated to all aspects of employment law. I graduated from Colgate University in 2001 with a B.A. in History, before attending Touro Law Center. While at Touro Law Center, I served on Law Review and graduated manga cum laude in 2006.
After graduating law school, I worked for two prominent law firms on Long Island, where I developed my passion for employment law. At these firms, I gained extensive experience in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, working closely with clients to develop unique strategies to obtain their desired results.
With this background, I formed my own firm with new ideas on how to handle claims on behalf of clients by creating cost-effective options for clients so that they are not left out in the cold. With my firm, clients remain intimately involved in the legal process, as they know I am there to personally serve their interests. For employees who feel that their rights have been violated because they were discriminated against, harassed, not provided appropriate leave, retaliated against, or not paid properly, my firm is here to help the employees understand their rights. As well, my firm provides counseling to employers to prevent claims from arising by promoting a fair working atmosphere, whether through preparing employee manuals and agreements, training, or conducting internal audits to ensure that proper pay and documentation is being provided to the employees.
